Returns & Exchanges

KRAKATAU offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all technical tags attached. We strive to ensure your technical outerwear fits perfectly and meets your functional expectations.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers and hardware covers are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the garment's technical integrity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
